After 16 years in the finance industry I changed my career to accommodate my 3 boys. For the next 17 years I worked in politics and teaching. During that time I always turned to reflexology which helped me manage stress, pregnancy, pain, IBS and bereavement.
I have a lifelong interest in health, beauty and wellness and decided it was the right time to train and qualify as a professional reflexologist.
My intensive training was completed with Three Shires Reflexology School, which involved over 120 different case studies and I am now a therapeutic and clinical practitioner registered with Professional Reflexology.

Reflexology
£25 - £50
Reflexology applies gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet, promoting balance, relaxation, and the body's natural healing process. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, with clients comfortably positioned on a therapy couch, using warm towels and Neal’s Yard balm for a soothing experience
Facial Reflexology
£30 - £48
Facial Reflexology involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the face that correspond to different areas and functions of the body, aiming to promote relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing. Either a 30 minute treatment that includes a mini Neal’s Yard Wild Rose facial is available, or Facial Reflexology can be included in a follow up 60 minute Foot Reflexology appointment.

I am based at Revive Hair & Beauty in Mawsley Village, who are in Barnwell Court, Mawsley, Kettering, NN14 1FG.
I can be booked there Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday.

No deposit is required.
I will also be offering Reflexology at NEXT STEP PODIATRY, Lower Street, Kettering on a Monday & Friday.
