Reflexology
Reflexology uses gentle pressure on reflex points on the feet. These points represent specific areas of the body and it encourage a natural state of balance.
It can reduce stress by inducing deep relaxation and is helpful in stimulating the body's natural healing system.
A full initial consultation and first session is 75 minutes - £50
Follow up sessions are 60 minutes - £45
A 30 minute taster session - £25
After the initial consultation and treatment we can discuss a suitable treatment plan for your individual needs.
During the session you will be comfortably positioned on the therapy couch and are only required to remove footwear.
Warm towels are used to cleanse the feet and a suitable Neal's Yard balm will be applied in the treatment. It is a therapy that can be received by anyone of any age.
Facial Reflexology
The treatment begins with a mini facial to prepare the skin for the application of a suitable Neal’s Yard facial oil.
It involves gentle precise movements which can bring deep relaxation to the whole body as well as leaving your skin glowing.
